Before I attend the MPU classes, I was lost and confused about my goals even though SAM is coming to the end. I always wondered that what I want for my future such as courses, university, personality, learning style and interest. I'm always terrified and struggled in making my own decision for the future to archive my own goals and dreams which cause me to be under pressure these days. Before studying for MPU 2, I did not give high expectations to the classes whether it would help me in making choices and decisions. But after I had complete MPU 2, I am clearer about my goals and dreams.
In the very begining of the class, we are asked to create our own blog which would be th ee-portfolio for MPU 2. It was the first time that I start and write a blog. By writing a blog, I can express myself in words and sentences, as it is a good platform for us to share ourselves in public. This would help me alot as I'm an introverted person that never express that much. We have to write a lot of essays in our blog to finish up the assignments. This could help us improve our grammar and the vocabulary of English, so that my ability to write long articles increased.
During the first class, we were told to write biodata through the blog. By writting biodata, I could share my basic information to the people to know more about me and I can understand more about myself. Next, we had our group discussion on Reflective 1. After we had the group discussion, we choose two representatives from our group to present the points to the class. Then we were told to write and explain about DIEP, which represents Describe, Interpret, Evaluate, and Plan. This assignment required teamwork which bring me and my group mates to work together to produce an essay.
On the second day, we were told to write about the university that we wanted to go to. This help me to make a choice to go to the university that is suitable for me. Next, we were to complete a learning style test online and post the result in the blog with comments on it. After that test, I'm able to know about my learning style which could help me in studying. Besides that, we did one more assignment which is my inspiration.
After that, I did SWOT analysis which represents Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threat. This analysis let me knew that my strengths and weaknesses, so that i can improve myself. Then, we have to think about the SMART goal. It actually help me to conquer my weakness that might affect myself to reach my goals. Then, an action plan was written to overcome my weakness for the goal.
The last assignment of MPU 2 is Reflective 2 which is the last blog post that I'm writting now. This last reflective will summarize the experience that I had during this program. After all of these, I had a clearer idea for what I want to do for my future and my goal with the help of MPU classes. This class has taught me that it is okay to dream big and not be afraid of chasing the dreams. I must never let the fear to stop me from going after my dreams.

Action Plan
Based on the SMART goal evaluation, I most wanted to focus right now is become the CEO of a company. If I work towards this goal, I'll have a better life in future. I can earn much more money compare to others. But i must work double or triple harder than others because I do not have commerce base, i.e. economy, financial and business.
Action Steps:-
i) Get into a university that provide my course, actuarial science.
ii) Ask from the seniors whenever I've problems. Work hard and get a good academic results.
iii) Choose a good company for internship program. Give fullest into the program to show my capability of doing the work.
v) Get a good testimonial during the internship program. Graduate with flying colors.
v) Get a good testimonial during the internship program. Graduate with flying colors.
vi) Go to a good company, show the manager that I'm able to deal with problems and solve in the shortest time.
vii) Get a good image from the first company. After two years, change to another company that offer better wages and position.
viii) Get experiences while changing company, so that I'll get to know how the business operates in a good way.
ix) Save half of the wages of each month for building up a company when reaches enough equity.
x) Set up a company and hire the best employees to achieve my goal.
However, doing this will lead me to face many obstacles. Thankfully I have a good support system which is my family and friends. My family is there for me when i am feeling stressed and can provide love and comfort. My friends can assist me with some of the questions I don't know and can also be an outlet for stress relief. I can discuss my project with the staff to identify whether my idea will help up the business to earn more profit.
Some of the obstacles I face would be having a hard time asking help from others. In this competitive world, everyone will not willing to help up each other when we have problems. I may also fail to obtain my goal, because of my introverted mind, I will not willing to tell off how I feel or how to do. This might troubles me a lot when I get into work.

In order for me to overcome my obstacles, I have to make sure that I could speak out when I have problems. A socialize person can go on with a long way, because everyone communicate. Getting help from my parents and friends will also help me to be more talkative. I can try to communicate with them so that I won't get fear up when I'm presenting.
SMART Goal

T: Before 30 years old
My Personality
From the personality test, my personality type is LOGISTICIAN (ISTJ).
The ISTJ personality type is thought to be the most abundant, making up around 13% of the population. Their defining characteristics of integrity, practical logic and tireless dedication to duty make ISTJs a vital core to many families, as well as organizations that uphold traditions, rules and standards, such as law offices, regulatory bodies and military. People with the ISTJ personality type enjoy taking responsibility for their actions, and take pride in the work they do – when working towards a goal, ISTJs hold back none of their time and energy completing each relevant task with accuracy and patience.
ISTJs don't make many assumptions, preferring instead to analyze their surroundings, check their facts and arrive at practical courses of action. ISTJ personalities are no-nonsense, and when they've made a decision, they will relay the facts necessary to achieve their goal, expecting others to grasp the situation immediately and take action. ISTJs have little tolerance for indecisiveness, but lose patience even more quickly if their chosen course is challenged with impractical theories, especially if they ignore key details – if challenges becomes time-consuming debates, ISTJs can become noticeably angry as deadlines tick nearer.
CONCLUSION
Few personality types are as practical and dedicated as ISTJs. Known for their reliability and hard work, ISTJs are good at creating and maintaining a secure and stable environment for themselves and their loved ones. ISTJs' dedication is invaluable in many areas, including their own personal growth.
Yet ISTJs can be easily tripped up in areas where their practical and methodical approach are more of a liability than an asset. Whether it is finding (or keeping) a partner, learning to relax or improvise, reaching dazzling heights on the career ladder, or managing their workload, ISTJs need to put in a conscious effort to develop their weaker traits and additional skills.
Own Opinion
I agree with the test above. I'm an introverted person. I will not close with anyone when I didn't know them. As I'm not a socialist person, I will not talk much to anyone unless they ask or talk to me. Beside that, my energy is observant. When something changes, I'll find it out in the fastest way. When someone's emotion have changed, I'll definitely know and try to cheer them up. Next, my nature is more towards thinking. When I have problems, I'll think of a way to solve it rather than being sad and which will lower down my mood. Furthermore, my tactic is judging. Whenever, we are doing some works in group I'll judge and recorrect them when they get into trouble and get it wrong. If I know the right answer I'll tell them off so that my group will not wrong. Lastly, my identity is assertive. I'm very confidence of myself. Whenever I do something, I'm very confidence that what I did was correct. When I'm wrong, I'll correct myself even if I'm confidence. When I'm sitting for test, I sure that my answers are correct. This is my bad habit, because I will not check back the working I've done when I'm very confidence with the answer.

My Inspiration
Bill Gates
Entrepreneur Bill Gates found the world's largest software business, Microsoft with Paul Allen and subsequently became one of the richest man in the world.
Born on October 28, 1955, in Seattle, Washington, famed entrepreneur Bill Gates began to show an interest in computer programming at age 13. Through technological innovation, keen business strategy and aggressive business tactics, he and partner Paul Allen built the world's largest software business, Microsoft. In the process, Gates became one of the richest men in the world. In February 2014, Gates announced that he was stepping down as Microsoft's chairman.
Bill Gates was born William Henry Gates III on October 28, 1955, in Seattle, Washington. Gates began to show an interest in computer programming at the age of 13 at the Lakeside School. Bill Gates grew up in an upper middle-class family with two sisters: Kristianne, who is older and Libby, who is younger. Their father, William H. Gates Sr., was a promising, if somewhat shy, law student when he met his future wife, Mary Maxwell. The Gates family atmosphere was warm and close, and all three children were encouraged to be competitive and strive athletic games at their summer house on Puget Sound. He also relished in playing board games and excelled at Monopoly.
Bill had a very close relationship with his mother, Mary, who after a brief career as a teacher devoted her time to help in raising the children and working on civic affairs and with charities. She also served on several corporate boards, including those of the First Interstate Bank in Seattle, the United Way and International Business Machines (IBM). She would often take Bill along when she volunteered in schools and at community organizations.
Personal Life
In 1989, a 28-year-old Microsoft executive named Melinda French caught the eye of Bill Gates, then 37. The very bright and organized Melinda was a perfect match for Gates. In time, their relationship grew as they discovered an intimate and intellectual connection. On January 1, 1994, Melinda and Bill were married in Hawaii. But only a few months later heartbreak struck Bill Gates as his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. She died in June 1994. Gates was devastated.
Philanthropic Efforts
With wife Melinda's influence, Gates took an interest in filling his mother's role as a civic leader. He began to realize that he had an obligation to give more of his wealth to charity. Being the consummate student he was, Gates studied the philanthropic work of Andrew Carnegie and John D. Rockefeller, titans of the American industrial revolution. In 1994, Gates and his wife established the William H. Gates Foundation which was dedicated to support education, world health and investment in low-income communities. In 2000, the couple combined several family foundations to form the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. They started out by making a $28 billion contribution to set up the foundation.

The organization tackles on international and domestic issues, such as health and education. One aspect of its work in the United States is helping students becoming college ready. In 2015, he spoke out in favor of national Common Core standards in grades K through 12 and charter schools. Gates also proved to be groundbreaking employer around this time. The foundation announced that it would give its employees a year's paid leave after the birth of a child or the adoption of a child.

Lee Chong Wei
Dato' Lee Chong Wei (born 21 October 1982 in Bangan Serai, Perak) is a Malaysian Chinese professional badminton player. As a singles player, Lee was ranked first worldwide for 199 consecutive weeks from 21 August 2008 to 14 June 2012. He is the third Malaysian player after Rashid Sidek and Roslin Hashim to achieve such a ranking and is the only Malaysian shuttler to hold the number one ranking for more than a year.
Personal Life
In his early years, Lee Chong Wei favored basketball, however his mother soon banned him from the game due to the searing heat of the outdoor basketball court. Lee began to learn badminton at the age of 11, when his father, who liked to play the game, brought him to the badminton hall. Attracting the attention of a local coach, the coach asked Lee's father if he could take him as a student. After receiving his father's consent, the coach began to train Lee after school. Discovered by Misbun Sidek, he was drafted into the national squad when he was seventeen years old.
Career
In the 2008 Olympic Games, Lee was given a bye in the first round. He cruised to straight game victories over Ronald Susilo in the second round, Kestutis Navickas in the third round, and Sony Dwi Kuncoro in the quarter-finals. In the semi-finals Lee Hyun-il gave him a tough fight, but eventually Lee was able to beat the South Korean and reach the final. However, it was a one-sided final, as Lee was completely outplayed by Lin Dan and salvaged only 20 points, losing 12–21, 8–21. He came second place overall.
In 2014, January, Lee lost in the final of Korean Open to Chen Long, his fourth straight defeat by the Chinese. He recorded his tenth Malaysia Open title a week later. Soon after the triumph, he announced this would be his last Malaysia Open outing, as he would assess his condition after the Asian Games and may retire if the results are not good. Further, he won his third All England Open and India Open title respectively. However, he was stunned by Simon Santoso in final of the Singapore Open, Lee won every match he contested during the Thomas Cup campaign, Malaysia reached the finals, only losing to Japan with a score of 3–2.
In June, he won the Japan Open for the third consecutive year and fifth time overall. He lost in the semifinals of the Indonesia Open, this also ended his hope of nine straight Super Series finals. In August, Lee came second for the third time at the World Championships, losing to Chen Long of China in straight sets. He again lost to Chen in the semifinals of Asian Games team competition, and lost to Lin Dan in semifinals of singles event few days later.
The Sudirman Cup was Lee's first tournament after serving an eight-month suspension for a doping violation. He went on to win all three matches he played in the tournament. He then took back to back titles by winning the US Open and Canada Open. He had to settle down for silver in the 2015 BWF World Championships as he failed to breach the Chinese wall of defense, Chen Long.
After the World Championships, he joined the Japan Open and eventually losing in the second round losing to his long time rival, Lin Dan. After that he joined the Korean Open and the Denmark Open, losing to Heo Kwang Hee of Korea in the qualifying rounds and Wei Nan of Hong Kong in the quarter-final stages respectively.
After three early round losses, he reached the final of the French Open and winning it by defeating the defending champion, Chou Tien Chen from Chinese Taipei in two sets, clinching his first Superseries title after a 8-months suspension. He proved himself again by defeating Lin Dan in the semi-finals in Fuzhou, China in three sets of 17-21, 21-19, 21-19, advancing to the finals to repeat the scenario during the BWF World Championships 2015. He beaten Chen Long in two straight sets (21-15, 21-11) and clinched his first China Open title. He was also the first man to beat Lin Dan and Chen Long back-to-back in a tournament. The China Open was the only Superseries title that he never won before, and thus became the first man to win all Superseries and Superseries Premier events. Then, on November 22, Lee won the 2015 Hong Kong Superseries after defeating Tian Hou Wei in the final in straight sets, 21-16, 21-15, in 49 minutes. Prior to that match, he beat the two-time World Champion, Chen Long, in the quarterfinals in three games (13-21, 21-19, 21-15) in 1 hour and 26 minutes and Angus Ng Ka Long (21-19, 21-14) in the semifinals.
Doping
In October 2014, local media reported that the Badminton Association of Malaysia has confirmed that one of the nation's top shuttlers has tested positive for dexamethasone after urine samples were taken during the World Championships in late August. The identity of the shuttler was not revealed but was widely believed to be Lee Chong Wei. Dexamethasone is not a performance-enhancing drug but a commonly-administered anti-inflammatory corticosteroid that is not illegal when used off-season for injury rehabilitation, but deemed illegal if discovered in an athlete's body during competition. On 5 November 2014, Lee flew to Norway to witness the testing of his "B" sample at the Oslo University Hospital after the "A" sample had already been tested positive in October. The results were announced on 8 November 2014 by a Malaysian sports official who confirmed that the "B" sample had tested positive as well. He declined to identify the player but confirmed to The Associated Press that it was Lee. On 11 November 2014, the Badminton World Federation confirmed that Lee is temporarily suspended from competing due to an apparent anti-doping regulation violation. The hearing was held on 11 April 2015 in Amsterdam. On 27 April 2015, it was announced that Lee has been handed a backdated eight-month ban for his anti-doping rule violation. The panel was convinced that Lee had no intent to cheat and allowed him to resume his career by 1 May 2015. Lee was stripped of his silver medal from the 2014 World Championships but allowed to keep his two bronze medals from the 2014 Asian Games.Lee Chong Wei inspired me. His determination to fight for success never end. He tried very hard to archive his goal even though he has doping in 2014. He never give up in his career of badminton life. He was very down and upset with the result of 2012 Olympic Games which he lose to Lin Dan of China. Later, he stand up and continue fighting with his dreams and goal. When, he face Lin Dan again he will not have the fear anymore, he stood up and win the game. His determination is the best thing to learn of.
My Learning Style
Based on my first test, my learning style is KINESTHETIC. I agree with the result because I couldn't sit still doing my wrok perfectly, I must move around. When I learning something, I must do the exercises provided in the textbook so that i can get into it. When teacher is teaching, I must follow their work, when they are writting on the board, I'll copy it down so that I can remember about the topic. When I'm studying I will not stay still, I will either turn my pen or I'll keep doing something.
For the second test, which I watched a video with my partner and draw out the shape that we have seen, listened, and followed. According to the diagram i drew out, my learning style is combination of VISUAL and KINESTHETIC, because the first and third diagram is the easiest for me.
I agree with this result, because when I see a diagram, the diagram can stay inside my mind, so that i can draw it out easily. Besides that, when I'm following the video to draw out the shape, I can follow well with the steps and draw out as the same. For me, when I'm having Mathematics class, when teacher draw the diagram on board, I could remember it and draw it out perfectly and also I'll do exercises to make sure that I can follow the class.
In these both test, I found out that the best learning style for me is combination of VISUAL and KINESTHETIC person. For my future learning, I'll keep on with my learning style so that I can manage to remember, memorise and absorb faster. This can also help me in choosing my carrer opportunity so that i won't regret what I choose for my degree course.

Personal Development (Reflection 1)
MPU Reflection 1
Describe:
On Monday, we had attended
the MPU class, we had been taught about Taylor's Graduate
Capabilities (TGC). We had presented our point of views in front of
our classmates about the skills we had learned throughout the year in
Taylor's College. Besides that, we also learned about on
self-reflection through DIEP format, which are ‘Describe,
Interpret, Evaluate and Plan’. It is important as it involves in
critical thinking, self-development and goal setting. Self-reflection
can be a daunting task but it let us to understand our learning
experience better.
Interpretation:
During
presentation, we focused on the 'Discipline Specific Knowledge' and
'Thinking and Problem Solving Skills'. For the 'Discipline Specific
Knowledge', we were doing the issue investigation of English as
Second Language Studies (ESL), we needed to conduct a survey to
investigate the response of society on our issue. According to the
results of survey, the society had concerned about the ethical issue
of animal testing. By this, we understood ethical issue in the
context of field of study. For example, the animal testing is unsafe
and might cause harm to the animals.
Evaluate:
Through
the issue investigation, we learned about the ethical guideline and
it might helpful to our future included the university admission. We
are able to respect others and benefits of every parties can be
considered at the same time. When we are doing survey of issue
investigation in university in our future, we can understand the
ethical guideline that must be follow. This can protect the rights of
participants and other parties. By this, arguments and conflicts can
be avoided effectively. This can enhance our skills on 'Discipline
Specific Knowledge'.
Plan:
We
can improve this skills by participating in social activities such as
engaging ourselves into several clubs that are available in our
universities or social life. We can practice this skills and gather
more opinions from others during social activities, this can enhance
our skills on 'Discipline Specific Knowledge'.
